MAK Industrial Services was created when we realized there was a better, more efficient, and cost-effective solution to the skilled labor shortage throughout the country.

Hiring Process: each employee of MAK has gone through a rigorous hiring process; including a combination of the following – written test, hands-on test, background check, drug screen, reference checks, etc.
Quality Guarantee: We provide an eight hour satisfaction guarantee for any employee who steps onto a client’s job site. If you are not fully satisfied, you will not be billed for that employee's services.
Safety First: MAK employees will be drug screened, background checked, and have gone through a company wide safety course before stepping foot on your job site.
Round-The-Clock-Service: Our Account Managers and Recruiters will be available whenever needed to help support your project. Day or night, a MAK representative will be there for you.
